Grape Seed extract is extracted from the seed of the plant "Vitis Vinifera L.", The Grape Seed Extract contains a lot of phenolic substance, which amount to 50%-70% in the total phenolic substance of the whole fruit. The phenolic substance can be classified into phenolic acids and flavonoids. the phenolic acids mainly include Hydroxy-cinnamic acid, Hydroxy-benzoic acid, Gallic acid and its derivative. the flavonoids mainly include flavonols, Anthocyanins, Flavanols etc. The flavanols and its oligomer etc. flavonoids are main polyphenols in Grape Seed Extract.
